Forty years of building things, documented honestly. The early projects explain the later ones. The FPGA DAC exists because of twenty years of headphone obsession that started with music production. The AI companion exists because a memory pipeline built for a local AGI experiment needed a better language model. The thread is real, even when specific builds aren't.

Each project has a PRE section (idea, setup, build notes) and a POST section (learnings, afterthoughts, timeline). No buzzwords. No LinkedIn theater. Just stuff I built (at least what survived various HDD crashes) — for myself, and for anyone who wants to look.
